« Festival Tout à Fait Thai - October 2026 » Competition Rules

Article 1: Organiser

AIR CALEDONIE INTERNATIONAL (AIRCALIN), a public limited company (Société Anonyme) with a share capital of XPF 10,434,973,185, whose registered office is located at 8, rue Frédéric Surleau – BP 3736 – 98846 Nouméa Cedex, New Caledonia, registered with the Nouméa Trade and Companies Register under No. 83 B 91454,
hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser",
is organising a free prize competition with no purchase obligation entitled « FESTIVAL TOUT A FAIT THAI 2026 » , taking place from 3rd of october 2026 to 4th of october 2026.

Article 2: Purpose of the Competition

The « FESTIVAL TOUT A FAIT THAI 2026 » competition will be available to participants via the online entry form accessible at: https://shakr.cc/5ccbf.
Participants must complete the entry form by providing the required fields with valid personal information.
A copy of these Competition Rules is available free of charge on the competition website at https://shakr.cc/5ccbf.

The full competition rules have been lodged with the SCP of Judicial Officers (Bailiffs) BURIGNAT-TARRATRE-PONTIER, Le KARIBA Building, 7 bis Rue de Suffren, BP 2100, 98846 Nouméa Cedex, New Caledonia. Tel.: +687 28 57 28.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Google, Apple or Microsoft.
Participation in the « FESTIVAL TOUT A FAIT THAI 2026 » competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Competition Rules.
Participants are also required to comply with the rules of conduct applicable on the Internet, as well as with all laws and regulations governing free prize competitions. As a general rule, any failure to comply with the participation conditions set out in these Rules will result in the participant's entry being declared invalid.
Participants may, if they wish, subscribe to the Aircalin newsletter by ticking the dedicated checkbox in order to receive promotional offers and company news. Subscription to the newsletter is entirely optional and has no impact on participation in the competition.
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible participants in the « FESTIVAL TOUT A FAIT THAI 2026 » competition on the date specified in Article 5. The winner will be contacted individually using the email address or telephone number provided in the entry form.
Details of the prizes available to be won in the « FESTIVAL TOUT A FAIT THAI 2026 » competition are set out in Article 6.

Article 3: Competition Period

The « FESTIVAL TOUT A FAIT THAI 2026 » competition will run from 3rd of october 2026 to 4th of october 2026.
The Organiser reserves the right to extend the competition period or postpone any announced dates by amending these Competition Rules.

Article 4: Eligibility and Validity of Participation

4.1 Eligibility

The competition is open to all persons aged 18 years or over and residing in France.
To enter the competition, participants must complete the entry form in full, including the following information:
1.    LAST NAME
2.    FIRST NAME
3.    EMAIL ADDRESS
4.    TELEPHONE NUMBER
5.    COUNTRY
6.    Acceptance of these Competition Rules
7.    Confirmation of participation by clicking the "Submit" button located below the entry form.

Employees of the Organiser, their ascendants and descendants, as well as any person involved in the organisation or preparation of the competition, are not eligible to participate.
Only one entry per person will be accepted (same last name, first name and email address).
The competition is governed by French laws and regulations applicable to prize competitions.

4.2 Validity of Participation

All required fields in the entry form must be completed and validated. Any identity information or other information provided during the entry process that is incomplete or inaccurate shall render the entry invalid.
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Competition Rules.
The Organiser shall not be held liable for any entry that is not recorded or taken into account due to technical issues beyond the Organiser's control.

Article 5: Selection of the Winner

The winner of the « FESTIVAL TOUT A FAIT THAI 2026 » competition will be selected by random draw according to the following schedule:
Monday, 20 July 2026: Random draw of one winner from all eligible participants. The prize-giving ceremony will take place in early August.

Any entry that does not comply with these Competition Rules shall be declared invalid and another winner shall be selected from the designated alternate winners.

Article 6: Prize

The prize to be won is as follows:

Two (2) Economy Class round-trip airline tickets from Port Vila to Nouméa (2 tickets per winner).
Total prize value: VUV 96,240 (taxes included), i.e. VUV 48,120 (taxes included) per ticket.

Special Conditions:

The tickets must be issued between 1 August 2026 and 31 December 2026 for travel taking place between 1 August 2026 and 31 July 2027. Failing this, the prize will be forfeited.
Each ticket is valid in Economy Class (Booking Class E), subject to seat availability.
The value of the complimentary ticket cannot be deducted from the purchase price of a ticket to another destination.
Each ticket is personal, indivisible and non-transferable(1), and may not, under any circumstances, be exchanged, refunded or substituted for cash or any other form of compensation.
The tickets are non-refundable.
The prize does not include: transportation to the departure airport, airport transfers, meals, personal expenses, visas, travel insurance or quarantine-related accommodation or expenses.
Each beneficiary is solely responsible for complying with all travel requirements applicable at the time of travel in the countries of departure, transit and destination, including, but not limited to, visas, entry authorisations, health requirements, vaccinations, health passes and quarantine requirements.
Ticket reservations and issuance must be made through the AIRCALIN Port Vila Office by email at aircalin.vanuatu@aircalin.vu or by telephone on (+678) 22 019 or (+678) 22 739.
In the event of a passenger's failure to present themselves for the booked flight ("no-show"), the ticket shall be deemed forfeited.

(1) As Aircalin is the sole entity authorised to sell or issue airline tickets, the winner may offer the ticket to a third party free of charge. Any name change must be carried out exclusively by Aircalin. The sale or transfer of a ticket for financial consideration may constitute the offence of unlawful use of title, as provided for and punishable under Article 433-17 of the French Criminal Code.

Article 7: Notification of the Winner

The winner will be notified by email or telephone following the random draw. To enable the Organiser to contact the winner, the personal information provided when entering the « FESTIVAL TOUT A FAIT THAI 2026 » competition must be accurate and up to date.

Article 8: Prize Award

The winner will be invited by email to provide the information required for the Organiser to award the prize.
If no response is received within ten (10) consecutive days following the email inviting the winner to claim the prize, the prize will be forfeited.
The prize is personal, indivisible and non-transferable and may not, under any circumstances, give rise to any claim, exchange or any other form of compensation.
If the email address provided by the winner is incorrect, does not correspond to the winner, or if technical issues prevent the Organiser from contacting the winner, the Organiser shall not be held liable for the forfeiture of the prize. Likewise, the Organiser is under no obligation to search for or obtain the winner's contact details if the winner cannot be reached for any reason whatsoever.
Unclaimed prize: Any winner who cannot be contacted or who fails to respond within ten (10) consecutive days to accept the prize and provide the requested information shall forfeit the prize and shall not be entitled to any compensation or indemnity whatsoever.

Article 9: No Compensation

If the winner refuses the prize for any reason whatsoever, they shall not be entitled to any other form of compensation. No request for the prize to be exchanged for cash or any other item will be accepted.

Article 10: Promotional Activities

By accepting the prize, the winner authorises the Organiser to use the personal information provided in the entry form for promotional purposes, on any medium of the Organiser's choosing, in accordance with the applicable regulations, without such use giving rise to any remuneration or compensation other than the prize awarded.

Article 11: Data Protection

The personal data collected in connection with participation in the competition are recorded and processed by the Organiser for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding the prize.
The personal data of participants who have ticked the box "I agree to receive Aircalin's promotions, best offers and travel news by email" may also be processed for marketing purposes in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 14 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and Aircalin's Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.aircalin.fr/en/confidentiality-policy.

Article 12: Right to Use Name and Image

By accepting the prize, the winner authorises AIRCALIN to use their name, surname and image for the purpose of promoting the competition and the presentation of the prize.
Any winner wishing to object to such use must notify the Organiser by any appropriate means made available to them.

Article 13: Liability

The participant acknowledges and agrees that the Organiser's sole obligation in connection with the « FESTIVAL TOUT A FAIT THAI 2026 » competition is to award the prize to the winner in accordance with the criteria and procedures set out in these Competition Rules.
The Organiser shall not be held liable, including but not limited to, for any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, for any virus affecting the network, or for any unauthorised access to or misuse of data.

Participation in the « FESTIVAL TOUT A FAIT THAI 2026 » competition implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, including technical performance, response times for consulting, transmitting and accessing information.
Participants shall indemnify the Organiser against any financial consequences arising from their total or partial failure to comply with these Competition Rules, including, without limitation, where third parties claim that the personal information provided in the entry form was used without their authorisation, despite having been supplied by the participant.

Article 14: Force Majeure / Reservations

The Organiser shall not be held liable if, due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, the competition must be modified, shortened or cancelled.
The Organiser reserves the right to carry out any verification it considers necessary to ensure compliance with these Competition Rules, including disqualifying any participant who has made an inaccurate, misleading or false declaration.

Article 15: Disputes

These Competition Rules shall be governed by French law.
Any difficulty relating to the application or interpretation of these Competition Rules shall be settled exclusively by the Organiser.
No telephone enquiries or complaints concerning the application or interpretation of these Competition Rules will be accepted.
Any dispute or claim relating to the « FESTIVAL TOUT A FAIT THAI 2026 » competition and/or the random draw of the winner must be submitted in writing to the Organiser.
No claim will be accepted more than eight (8) days after the closing date of the « FESTIVAL TOUT A FAIT THAI 2026 » competition.
